Is Bigger Better ??? 16K or 20K

I have ordered our 1st 5er, (thanks for all the good advice on my earler post). It will be an 2002 Newmar Kountry Star 32'. GVWR of 14,000 lbs. What my question is ---------

I know a Reese 16k pivot hitch will be fine, will a 20 k Reese pivot hitch be better????? and why do you think so?
