I just put a Jordan brake controller on my 96 ram. I tow a 13,500 lb 5th wheel. The Jordan has a cable that attaches to the brake peddle and applys the brakes proportionally. It made a world of difference my the braking power of my trailer, plus there is no more adjusting when going slow.
