slide out slow going in, fine going out

After sitting for a few months (the trailer, not me

), I ran the slideout on the trailer in while I was treating the rubber seals. The slide out comes in painfully slowly, but goes out fine. Could this be a hydraulic valve that is stuck? Or am I missing something easier? Everything seems to be in alignment, and I lubed the gear track.
