How to estimate tongue weight on travel trailer?

I need to replace my tongue jack on our 26' Play Mor toyhauler travel trailer and I'm curious how to figure out what my tongue weight is so I get the appropriate jack. The GVWR is 8600 and it's a tandem axle. I was hoping to get a side winding manual jack because of the location of my propane bottles make a top wind jack not a good option, but the heaviest side wind jack I''ve seen is 2000 lbs and I have a feeling I should get a bigger one than that.
