Is this worth it ????????????

This guy claim's that his driver's are making money how

, over 60% of our loads go to Canada and we are only leasing on drivers able and willing to go to Canada. Pay ranges from $0.90 to $1.21/mille and we do not pay deadhead.

Monarch Carriers, Inc.

Well I did it personally for two years with an F350; drove 295,000 miles in that time, grossed over 185K, and after ALL expenses cleared an average of over $600/week. Not great money, but it paid the bills and put food on my family's table when there wern't any other jobs to be had. I didn't sit on my hands waiting for the government to bail me out, or cry that I couldn't make money doing this or I couldn't make money doing that; I just went out and DID IT! You have to understand, most of the drivers that do this are either retired with some retirement income and run part time, or they do it full time staying out for 3-4 weeks at time. That puts you in position for reloads and keeps your truck loaded over 60% of the time. That is the magic number, if at least 60% of your miles are loaded miles, your making money; you may have to deadhead a few miles to the next load, or sometimes hold over a day or so, but so do the owner operators in the big trucks. It is a fact of life in transportation unless you are a company driver getting paid for every mile you run, (and even company drivers have to sit and wait for loads sometimes). But you can't expect a reload after every drop, this industry just does not work like that.

Check the industry sir, there is not a single RV transporter in the business paying more than $1.21/mile to the truck for a single pull, nobody pays deadhead miles as a general rule, and most of them charge the truck a monthly fee for cargo and liability insurance (which we provide without charge), plus they charge a percentage if you are advanced any money on the load. Some even charge dispatch fees and pay reduced rates on reloads.

THIS WAS HIS RESPONSE TO ME CLAIMING HE'S A CROOK
