need a price

I have a chance to buy a 20 foot gooseneck flat bed with a 4 foot pop up dove tail. 7,000 lbs torsion axels made by Titan. GVWR is 14,000. It is a 98 I beleive , rubber is like new , has a spare , brakes on both axels. wooden deck. My mother in law is selling it and I have first crack at it.

Buttttt I don't want to cheat her on the price
