Is this good?

Mom and I are considering buying our first Travel Trailer. We found a '94 "Thor Chateau"...(22') A bit smaller than planned but the condition and layout are nice, seems to be priced right, 7000. found others, same year and model for 9000.

I had a few questions and the experienced members advice is GREATLY appreciated.

1. Is the condition of the tanks an issue at this age?

2. Is "Thor" a good make?

3. The suspension appears to be a twist type, maybe torque..any good? A square axle goes across the width and no springs are visable. Can shocks be fitted if none are there?

4. What should I look for and/or be concerned with on this trailer?

The condition is real good, the ceiling shows no evidence of leaks, wheels are 15". No gen but I have a Honda 2500. The
underside is enclosed and looks good.
