4 Wheel Low Range Lockout switch

I would like the diagram that will allow the use of low range on hard surfaces without all that binding. This was posted in the past and I thought I saved it but can not find it. I also tried several searches and the limit of 4 characters had me going to find 4 in the word low. (backing in a tight place to turn around and uphill made me realize what I was missing when the 3:55 and the surge the computer gives you kicks in). Thanks.
