electric hydraulic brake controllers

Does any brake controller manufacturer still make an electric trailer brake unit that is activated by hydrualic presure from the brake system and can one be put on my 96 or isnt it reccomended with abs brakes . Infact i bought this truck used and im not sure if it even has abs..Arnie
