Replacing Exterior Gelcoted Panel

Has anyone replaced one of the exterior panels and bought one from a source other than an RV dealer? First source I went to (Dealer parts dept in Akron OH) wanted $400 for a 4x8 panel. Gotta be a less expensive route!

Have got some water damage and to repair it correctly will have to buy a panel, or completely remove the inner glued plywood from the panel and glue a new sheet to the backside of it and put it back on - Sound like anything anyone has done, or have any suggestions about doing?
