Tail gate is falling off

Hey Everyone,
A couple months ago I replaced the plastics for the knobs that hold the tailgate on everything sensed ok. About a month ago I Went to unload some hay and went to close the talk gate it side off. I said what the hell ? Looking around I found that below the tailgate there are about 8 spot welds all broken. Now the other side is starting to do the same thing . Took the truck to autoboby place $360.00 to fix. Went to the dodge dealer and had them look at it and they took some pictures an said they would turn it in to the dist. manager. Dodge said the dm would be there the 1 week in Oct. The 2rd week I went back to talk and they said he was coming back at the end of the month . I,m thinking about writing a letter with pictures and sending it to the president of dodge? Mike
