Question on 5th's

I've been toying with the idea of buying a fifth or a tag and was wonder what you'll thought, I've heard that you can find used one allot cheaper but I don't want any junk. What I wanted was plenty of room but not so big that I have to worry about overloading the truck and still be able to pull a small trailer with a seedo or 4 wheeler on it. I don't need all the bells and whistles just a nice trailer that sleeps say 4-6 and then I'll add a generator to the want list. I'm just about to start looking as this will be a long looking project and need to know about what price range they run in(say 3-4 year old ones) and what to stay away from(models ect.) adn tips or help would be appriciated.
