Towing 17000lb dozer

I have a 2001 2500 ext cab 5 speed and was wondering if towing a 17000lb 850 case dozer for short distances (up to 20 miles) would be to much for the truck to handle.I would plan on using a dual tandem 20K gooseneck trailer. Any help would be appreciated, because i am fairly new to towing with a gooseneck hitch.
