Low Slung Axle

I have a small fifthwheel which has the drop axles. Need to raise for fifthwheel. Anyone changed out the axles completly? Axle with axle tube straight across to center of wheel hub is what I need for starters. Then have springs above the tube. Any help would be appreciated! jps
