question about 5th wheel hitch

Hey Guys..Long time no post. I have a quick question.. I have a friend who just gave me a hardly used 5th wheel hitch..the only identification marks i see are the letters " CP " and " Power Pull by Valley Industries"....I have never heard of either one of these and was looking for input...thanks
