Cattle trailer question

Dad is wanting to buy some cows from here in Texas and I get to haul them. I have access to a 24ft. gooseneck stock trailer. How many can I expect to get in the trailer? It is about 7 hours one way so really shouldn't be to bad on the critters. Thanks
