suspension ?????

got my truck used so i did'nt get everything i wanted. this truck has no overloads on the rear. i have a local junkyard that does nothing but dodge and can get the factory overloads. or do any of you have any better suggestions? p.s. it's a 99 shortbed 2500 and it doesnt seem to be as tuff as my 95 longbed 2500 which did'nt have overloads either
