trans temp

I have a Quad Cab 98' with auto tranny, pulling a 33' 5ver. What should be a BAD temp when rolling through a town with 69 million stop lights. It stays pretty low on the road and of course higher in traffic. What is too much? Trans and Engine both stock with no mods.. Thanks for any insight....
