Equalizer link question

I have purchased a new set of equalizer links for my fifth wheel from the manufacturer (Nu Wa) that will raise the trailer an additional one inch. These are the heavy duty greasable ones just like the current ones only slightly taller. I've never replaced a set of these and I'm wondering if there are any tips or tricks to installing them. It would spoil my day if the trailer fell on me. Thanks in advance...
