Trailer noises

Was wondering if anyone has the fix for this.....

The last few times I've towed my TT, the trailer makes creeking noise when making turns. I figured it was rusty components in the suspension so I gave a good coat of oil to the shackles and between leaf springs. Still makes the noise...maybe not as much, but still audible.

Any ideas?
