what is it worth, (a enclosed trailer)

I have option to buy a Roadmaster trailer

specs are as follows:

6x12x6
single Dexter axle rated for 3500 lbs.
Upgraded suspension
rock guards
rear has 2 doors
side has 1 door
lights
Centrifical brakes??
(No controller used)
uses 2" ball
trailer rated for 2990 Gross Weight
Dealer says 3500 lbs is ok (due to axle rating)
approx 900-1000 lbs empty
painted spoke wheels
4 Pin harness

Seller wants $2,000.00

now he says $1,600.00 (After taking to dealer for valuation)

Was $2,295.00 New

What do you think??
