Pickup Camper Jacks need Adjustment.

Well I may buy a new Truck tonight, which would mean my Pickup camper legs would need to be moved out so the dual rear wheels could clear 2 of them.

I have searched the internet, and called the local dealer, Can't seem to find anything.

Guess I am going to have to make my own. Anybody got any pictures or tips of what they look like?
