seperate trailer light circuit

I want to run a seperate circiut to the trailer running light pin in the 7way with it's own relay to take the load off the headlight switch in my 93. somewhere I thought someone mentioned there was a stock harness/plug in, that could be used, instead of cutting into the wiring???

suggestions?
