HDW Leveling Jacks line bleeding question

Ok, here's the deal. 90 Fleetwood Limited 37 '. I had one of the HDW lowering cylinders on one of the rear jacks start leaking. I replaced it for under $100.00 but, now I cannot get the jacks to go down at all. Any of them. I'm must not be bleeding the line correctly. Do I bleed just the lowering lines or all of them? Do I bleed the hoses by cracking the line while the pump is running?
Is there a trick? Hyd Pump runs just fine and is full of fluid. I've tried to find the bleeder valve on the manifold system but it's not there. Believe me I've looked. I am wrapping up a repower project on the Fleetwood Limited Coach and have seen a lot of the bowels of this truck. I have the manual and it just tells how to bleed the main jacks and not the lowering cylinders. But again, it says to open the bleeder valve at the manifold.(which I don't have)
Anybody have any experience with the HDW jacks. This Coach should be running very soon and I'd like to get my jacks working like they're supposed to before I try and show it off to you guys.
What am I not doing right?

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Help me save me some money. I spent it all on the Cummins and Allison.
