Class IV or V Hitch...

I'm looking at going to a TT with a hitch weight of a little over 1,000lbs. The hitch receiver I got with my truck in '95 states that it has a capacity of 10,000lb GTW/1,000lb hitch wt with a weight dist. set-up. I know that I "might" never have a problem using my current hitch receiver if I go up in trailer hitch wt, but I want to go with a 12,000/1,200 receiver so I have cushion.

Any recommendations for which manufacturer and where I might find the best price? eTrailer.com seems to have good prices on both Hidden Hitch and Draw-tite, but if they don't have a good reputation then the price doesn't mean squat. Do I have to change the ball mount (shank & trunion) and spring bars that I got with the weight distribution set-up when I bought my trailer?
