lost neutral - electrical outlet

I have one 120v outlet in my TT that does not work. I pulled it out and disassembled the receptacle and the neutral is lost. I get 120v hot to ground, but hot to neutral I get about ~70v.

this is the only plug that's acting up and of course there is only about 3 inches of wiring viewable. and I can't see any junction box, etc. that might supply this run.

any suggestions ? I'm going to try to get a wiring diagram from the manufacturer tommorrow.
