What should I spend for this trailer???

Found a 26 ft KIT Trailer - 2003 - aluminum sides - no slide - looks like new - used 2 times - man has to sell because of finances - no job - has queen corner front bed - lots of storage - triple bunks in back, ceiling air, includes equalizer hitch and bars........wants $12,500. Says he paid $16,500 a year ago. Also since they no longer make KIT trailers - would you stay away from it - and doesn't that fact kill the value?????
