B&W Hitch and wheel liners

Hey guys, my new 04.5 will be here next week and I'll be installing a B&W turnover ball hitch. I'll also be getting the rear wheel liners for the truck. My question is: should I hold off installing the wheel liners until after I install the hitch to make the job easier or doesn't it make any difference? Thanks much.
