performance upgrades

I have a 2002 Dodge Cummins , 4x4, automatic with a 410 rear-end. I tow an 8,000 lb fifth wheel about 10% of the time. The truck sure seems to bog down on long steep hills, particularly at high elevation. I'd like to hear from other TDR members who have enhanced the performance with after market accessories.
