Wont Start After FuelFilter Change

99 SLT Stock/ old style fuel filter.(remove from bottom). Replaced filter bumped starter to fill filter. No start. bled fuel at vp banjo. lots of pressure caused a mess. No Start. Cracked injectors 1 3 4 and bumped eng 6 to 9 times no air no fuel at injectors. Lift pump IS supplying plenty of fuel. Tried starting it with accelerator at 1/2 no joy. HELP

I have read and tried all the "wont start posts" but no lhelp. How many times do you need to Bump it before the fuel gets to the injectors
