96 12valve missing in #1 cylinder

my truck is missing and i have to take bake to school where i have limited tools and is 700 miles away my truck is missing i belive due to the #1 delivery valve leaking this happened after i changed the tranny to a 6 speed put in a #10 plate 3k GSK and set the timing to 15.5* when i set the timing i had had to pull the #1 delivery valve i set the timing and i could not find the crush washer they were talking about and 2 of my friends are international techs and could not find the washer that was suposed to be in there so we just went ahead and put it back togther with just a new o ring and now it is leaking could someone send me pics or good explanation of where the crush washer is and the orentation and stuff to get it running right
