Yoke is off, now how do you get the seal out?!

Ok, I broke the nut loose from the yoke.. Now, I am having all kinds of trouble to get the seal out of there... What is the trick?? I am about to have to go to work, so I will check this when I get home later on.. Someone please chime in though!!
