Reinstalling motor in '03, getting about 17 codes on dash..

Truck has absolutely NO power, and runs very rough. Sets about 17 codes on the dash, from "too high of fuel rail pressure" to "Injection pump fuel valve feedback" to "ECM/PCM Power input signal intermittent".

What would cause this? There are no boxes on the truck right now, just trying to get it to run!

Double checked all ground wires, etc. Gauge shows proper oil pressure, temperature, and charging voltage.
