Need help as soon as possible

My dad went down to Knoxville, Iowa to watch the Outlaws race with 2 other guys. Mark owns a '01 HO like mine and I have been begging him to get gauges and such and join this site. Well dad, not his truck, just called me and they are with out power in there motor. Truck starts fine but will not go past 1500rpm codes set are 1688 1689 and 1691. I know what they mean and have relayed what the codes mean. Guess what I am asking for if anyone has had the same codes and is there a way they can get to MN on a sick injector pump? Any advice will be greatly taken thanks...........Jim.

P1688 Internal fuel pump controll failure
P1689 No Communication between ECM & Injection pump module
P1691 Fuel Injection pump controller calibration failure
