Need reference 4 clutch and seal install in Denver

I have a line on a Southbend Clutch @ cost and need someone with the know-how and equipment to install. The major shops in the area are reluctant to do the work if they aren't supplying the materials. I also need to replace the rear seal, bottom seal, and Upper Balls.
