Won't Start, Pressure Pump Dead

Have 2003, 3500, Standard Engine And Chrysler Diagnosed Bad Pressure Pump. Has Anyone Had This Problem And If So What Are My Options.
Chrysler Wants $2100 To Replace. Local Pump And Injector Shop Says That
They Will Replace For $1300 (Sons Truck)
