Noise and Cluncking from Rear Diff after service??

Just got the truck back from having the lube changed in the front and rear diff and when pulling out of the ***** dealership I got a clunk sound out of the rear like the limmited slip was not working...now I get a grinding sound when I start? What would cause that????
