98 5 Speed Won't Shift!!!!! Help!!!!

Need help fast.. I have a 98.5

five speed with 4.10 gears. I recently was coming in from a 5 hour trip, all interstate. When I stopped at a light I could not get the truck to go in gear. I shut it down, put it in second, started again, and took off. Made it home fine, but now I can't get it in any gear!!!! Any help would be appreciated. 118,500 miles. New clutch installed around 85,000.
Edge chip and 4" exhaust and strong as a bull!!!!
