install problems with bully dog lift pump

the bully dog lift pump kit is just a holly fule pump with some hose and fittings and poor directions and the pump comes with a regulator and the directions say nothing about going through the the regulator and they say to push the fule throught the stock lift pump which dosent make any sence
this truck is apart in the garage and i need it for work tommorow any help will be apperciated
