3rd and 4th gear gone

the other day at a stop light i lost 3rd and 4th gear. i was shifting normal and it feels like the shifter is going into gear. the truck only has about 225 hp and 510 ftlbs. its a rebuilt trany. when i let the clutch out it just buzzes. all other gears work. any help would be nice.
