Lift pump not running????????

I had a new one installed 5-6K miles ago. The truck was parked and then 1/2 hour later I went to start it and I don't hear the lift pump kicking in. I checked all the fuses. Is there a seperate one for the lift pump? Don't really see one listed. Any ideas? Thanks! What is Dodge 1 800 #### I guess it is still under warranty at 65,000. I have 100,000 miles Dodge warranty.

I just called and they said roadside coverage has ceased because of miles.
The 100,000 mile warranty doesn't cover the roadside assistance tow?
