Washer Jets Keep Freezing !!! common prob???

03 2500CTD QUAD CA Hi there I am having problems with my washer jets freezing . I have fluid up to the connector before the cowl and after that nothing , has anyone experienced this problem or know of a quick fix I fluched the tank and put prestone fluid in says it is good to -34f but it is about -10f here now and we have a large storm heading our way this afternoon I need hep please!!!!
