zero fuel pressure

cruising up interstate, engine cut completely out. zero fuel pressure.

bump start, and lift pump does not make a sound. usually easy to hear.

Deader than a hammer.

Hoping it is bad lift pump or fuse maybe. Anyone know where the lift pump fuse is located?
