crank crank crank -- update - dead vp44
Help.
Truck has been running fine until now. Have FP gauge installed at vp44. Have had good pressure 14-15lbs at idle. Tonight truck wouldn't start. Crak crank crank and nothing. Had normal fuel press. readings, could hear lp running, and had fuel at Water separator drain. no codes on odo readout.
waited 45 minutes and it fired right up. Took it around the block and the tack surged a bit at a stop sign. got onit a bit and it ran well with good fuel press but died as soon as I slowed up. Wouldn't start. However, now my gauge is reading like 18 (only goes to 15) it has never been that high before. Watied a few mnutes and it started bu died when I dropped into gear. damn.
94,674 miles. still on warranty I hope.
Any thoughts before I flat bed this thing to a dealer.
feel free to call anytime at 503-519-4312 or post here
thanks guys.
