truck dead will not start?

Hi all i drove to work this morning fine and went to go start her tonight and nothing. There's power to my lights, then they go dim, I try to start it but it just clicks at the column. It did try to turn over a quarter, but that's, there's nothing. Still lights under my hood , though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
