'02 3500 2WD Front Wheel Bearing

Put rear brakes on the '02. Went to do the fronts and find the Rt front wheel bearing LOOSE! Dang LOOSE!

Can it be tightened? Stamped on the flange of the nut is; "DO NOT REMOVE". Well shoot, I don't Intend on removing it. I just don't want it to remove itself.
