Help with Cracked head or Block

I got home last night from work and found antifreeze under the truck. Popped the hood and the overfill can was spilling over, not much but enough for the fan to blow it around over the filter and air hose. It didn't hit me until this morning so I checked the oil level and it was only a quart low. Its time to change the oil so it might just be low from 5000 miles of use. I didn't get a chance to see if oil was in the coolant yet and because we're in an outage at work not much time for anything else.

Now for the questions.
What should I look for to tell if its the head, head gasket or block?
And where is a good place to get a new head?
Finally could it be something else like a stuck thermostat?

I'm WOT at work so any shortcuts would be great.
Thanks guys
