Help! High beam dash light & day time running lights out!

My truck was imported from Canada, where day time running lights are the norm. Sometime last year, I lost my day time running lights, and my high beam indicator on my dash. This, I believe, happened at the same time. Now, everything seems normal for a California vehicle, meaning there are no day time running lights, except that I can not tell when the high beams are on. The big blue dash light is out, which indicates your high beams are on! I changed the bulb behind the instrument cluster, thinking that the two symptoms were isolated. But nooooooooooo, that didn’t fix anything! It must be a relay or a fuse. Does anyone know what the problem may be? There must be an easy solution. That’s why I can’t figure it out! Thanks in advance. I really appreciate it.
