Rubber boots

OK I got a problem.... Where can I get the rubber boots that connect the
Turbo to the after cooler on my 93 Dodge D250. These are on the right side, there are 2 of them, Secondly I am getting a strong diesel smell from the left side. is this related ?
1 turbo
2 turbo elbow
3 rubber boot
4 pipe
5 rubber boot
6 after cooler input.
