just got the shocks for the 99 ram and take off one shock and start to install... which part goes where... i cant get a human on the phone at bilstein. id like to get done tonight and already have one off...ive heard 2 different descriptions on the rubber spacer. cone on top put in thru the bottom and cone on bottom. whick way?
which way to install sleeve?
